Mazda Sutherland
Prime Constructions completed one of several major dealership projects for Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) with the delivery of a purpose-built Mazda facility at Sutherland (Kirrawee).
Constructed in line with Mazda corporate specifications, the multi-level development incorporates a contemporary showroom, office accommodation, full service centre facilities and an expansive 8,200m² basement car park. The showroom features extensive custom-built joinery and a striking 6.5-metre-high framed glass wall, creating a premium customer environment.
Delivered as alterations and additions within a live, operational site, the project required careful staging and coordination. The complex topography drove a sophisticated multi-level design, supported by structural engineering from Griffiths Engineers, showcasing Prime’s expertise in delivering high-quality automotive facilities within constrained conditions.
