Quarry at Greystones
Prime Constructions delivered the warehouse, office and café facility within the Dexus Quarry Industrial Estate – a premium development located in Greystanes, Western Sydney. Set within the broader redevelopment of a former quarry site, the project showcases innovative construction methods and high-performance industrial design.
A defining feature of the development is its modular architecture, with the two-level office accommodation and on-site café constructed using six custom-modified 40-foot shipping containers, including the lift shaft. This approach enabled efficient delivery within a tight timeframe while reinforcing the estate’s industrial character. The café opens to a shared outdoor seating area complemented by considered hard and soft landscaping.
The warehouse component provides high internal clearance, seven on-grade roller doors, three recessed loading docks and dedicated production and dispatch areas, supporting efficient logistics and operational flexibility. Designed for durability and performance, the facility includes secure hardstand areas and modern fire safety systems.
